Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt (postmarked within 14 days of delivery date). Refunds will take 2-3 business days to process

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage.

Change-of-Mind Returns: For returns due to preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original, unused condition and original packaging.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items: All custom and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
